Additional Information
Before transferring Food in Hot Pot kindly wash it with hot water for more better result.
Transfer immediately the hot food cooking vessel into the hot pot and close it with its lid to keep Food hot for hours.
This ideal hot pot can be used as a "CURD MAKER" pour pre-boiled but lukewarm milk in the hot pot and add little quantity of curd in it, mix it properly and place the lid partially open to allow the moisture to escape. After that place the lid in proper position and thick curd will be formed in about 3 - 4 hours for ready to serve.
Never keep over burning stove nor expose it to flames.
Use sponge instead of brush for cleaning.
